The diagrams are labeled to show the parts of the lungs. Lungs are large cone-shaped organs located either side of the heart and are also the focal organs of the respiratory system. They are located in the chest on either side of the heart in the rib cage. Humans have a right lung and a left lung. Given below is two labeled lung diagrams.

The right lung is bigger than the left, which shares space in the chest with the heart. The right lung has three lobes and the left lung has two lobes. The left lung is divisible into two lobes an upper and a lower that is divided by an interlobular fissure. The following diagrams are the unlabeled version for quiz or review purpose.
